Reading Support is the primary focus of Hey Nicole and is designed to equip, encourage, and support parents and caregivers as they help their children become stronger, more confident readers.
Nicole is an experienced special education teacher with professional teaching credentials. Her Reading Support resources and services are informed by her professional education, classroom experience, special education experience, and knowledge of literacy and learning support.
Reading Support Services may include:
Parent coaching and consultations
Reading strategies and skill-building ideas
Educational workshops and classes
Digital and printable resources
Learning activities and tools
Parent education
Recommendations for supporting reading at home
Educational videos and presentations
Other resources designed to help parents support struggling or developing readers
Reading Support Services offered through Hey Nicole are intended to provide parents and caregivers with practical educational tools and guidance they can use with their children.
Hey Nicole does not require children to create website accounts, make purchases, register for Services, or directly submit personal information through the website.
Nicole's guidance and resources are educational in nature and do not replace services that may be provided through a child's school, an Individualized Education Program ("IEP"), formal educational or psychological testing, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, medical care, or other specialized services when those services are appropriate.
Every child learns differently. Nicole Shipp Enterprises does not guarantee a specific reading level, grade-level advancement, test score, academic result, or timeframe for progress.

Nicole operates her Mary Kay business as an Independent Beauty Consultant. Reading Support, Healthy Living, and other non-Mary Kay services offered through Hey Nicole are separate from Mary Kay Inc.

7. Payments
